Grape variety: Nebbiolo
Packaging: sold and shipped in its own box.
Color: Amber with intense golden reflections
Nose: Notes of jam and candied fruit, with hints of raisins, dates, vanilla, and dried fruit
Taste: Vigorous entry with a sweet nuance due to the long aging process; vanilla notes from the wood emerge, accompanied by tea leaves and candied fruit, with a peppery finish and remarkable persistence
Alcohol content: 42.5%
Serving temperature: 18-20°C
Pairings: Ideal as an after-dinner digestive; pairs well with dark chocolate and desserts made with dried fruit
Terroir: The Nebbiolo pomace used comes from the most suitable areas of Piedmont, giving the grappa an aromatic complexity typical of the grape variety
Aging: The grappa was aged from November 2011 to November 2014 in thick-stave oak barrels, followed by refinement in used Limousin oak barriques from November 2014 to July 2017, for a total of about 6 years

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team.
