Origin: Ireland – County Cork, produced at the New Midleton Distillery for Mitchell & Son, a historic Dublin wine and spirit merchant.
Raw materials: A blend of malted and unmalted barley, in accordance with the Irish Single Pot Still tradition.
Color: Luminous golden amber.
Nose: Fresh and complex, with notes of green apple, pear, white flowers, honey, caramel, and a balsamic touch of menthol.
Palate: Soft and enveloping, with apple, pear, apricot, and cooked plum. Sweet spices such as clove and cinnamon emerge, supported by a velvety creaminess and an excellent balance between fruity sweetness and spiced structure.
Alcohol content: 40%
Serving temperature: 16–18 °C
Pairings: Ideal enjoyed neat. Pairs well with semi-aged cheeses, delicate white meats, and dishes featuring mushrooms and truffles. Excellent as well with desserts made with dried fruit or light tarts.
Terroir: The barley comes from various Irish regions. Maturation takes place in bourbon (new and refill) and sherry casks, which impart fruity, spicy, and vanilla notes.
Production: A blend of Single Pot Still whiskeys aged between 7 and 10 years. Limited production, with approximately 12,000 bottles per year. Refinement in bourbon and sherry casks, which enrich the aromatic profile with elegance and complexity.
Description: Green Spot is one of the very few Single Pot Still Irish Whiskeys still produced today. Born from the tradition of Dublin’s independent merchants, it is bottled by Mitchell & Son and reflects the typical Irish style: fruity, creamy, and spicy. It represents a perfect balance between accessibility and refinement, ideal for both connoisseurs and those wishing to discover the authenticity of Irish whiskey.

No, we currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein; consequently, we accept the Swiss Franc CHF as currency.

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team.
