Origin: Gunzwil, Canton Lucerne, Switzerland – produced by Gunzwiler Destillate Urs Hecht AG, a family-run distillery for three generations.
Raw material: Swiss raspberries, selected and harvested at peak ripeness from trusted suppliers to ensure consistent quality.
Color: Crystal clear, transparent and pure, characteristic of distillates not aged in wood.
Nose: Intense and fruity, with clear hints of fresh raspberry, delicate floral notes, and a touch of elegant fermentation.
Taste: Dry, harmonious, and refined, with a pure and persistent raspberry flavor. Long, elegant, and balanced finish.
Alcohol content: 40% vol.
Serving temperature: 8–10 °C, to enhance freshness and aromatic intensity.
Pairings: Perfect as a digestif; ideal with red fruit-based desserts, raspberry mousse, pavlova, artisanal ice cream, and chocolate desserts with berries.
Terroir: Swiss cultivation in areas with a temperate climate and excellent temperature fluctuations, which favor intense aromas and a balanced structure.
Production: Careful maceration of the fruit, slow fermentation, and traditional distillation in copper stills. No wood aging to preserve aromatic purity.
Description: Artisanal distillate that captures the true essence of the Swiss raspberry. Elegant, fruity, and persistent, it represents one of the finest interpretations by the internationally recognized Urs Hecht.
Classification: Fruit spirit (Fruchtbrand) – Raspberry Eau-de-vie.
Allergens: Does not contain added sulfites (possible natural traces may occur).

No, we currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein; consequently, we accept the Swiss Franc CHF as currency.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team. We will do everything possible to accommodate your requests.
