Raw material: Grain alcohol base (wheat and barley)
Color: Transparent, crystalline and clear
Nose: Fresh and complex, with intense notes of lemon, grapefruit, lime, orange and mandarin, complemented by elegant juniper, lemongrass and kumquat.
Palate: Smooth and elegant, dominated by fresh citrus notes; the juniper provides structure and spice, while kumquat and mandarin offer a sweet-tart balance. Fresh, citrusy and slightly bitter finish, with medium persistence.
Alcohol content: 43%
Serving temperature: 6-8 °C
Pairings: Perfect in a Gin & Tonic with neutral or citrus tonic, garnished with grapefruit or lime zest; also ideal for fresh, summery cocktails and to accompany light dishes based on fish, shellfish and citrus salads.
Terroir: Citrus fruits from Valencia and Seville, juniper grown in Teruel. The Mediterranean climate, with hot summers and sea breezes, enhances the aromatic intensity of the botanicals.
Production: Each botanical is macerated and distilled separately; the lemongrass is distilled with water to preserve its freshness and fragrance. The individual distillates are then assembled into a complex and balanced blend.

No, we currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein; consequently, we accept the Swiss Franc CHF as currency.

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team.
