Origin: Piedmont, Ghemme (Novara), Italy
Raw material: Hand-picked wild elderflowers, lemon and lime zest and juice, fresh mint leaves.
Color: Bright pale yellow with golden reflections.
Nose: Elegant and floral, with dominant notes of fresh elderflower, enriched by citrusy hints of lemon and lime, and herbaceous and minty touches.
Taste: Delicate and harmonious, with sweetness balanced by the freshness of citrus and mint. Fragrant on the palate, with a floral persistence and a slightly tart, refreshing finish.
Alcohol content: 20% vol.
Serving temperature: 6-8 °C as an ingredient for cocktails and aperitifs; 10-12 °C if enjoyed neat.
Pairings: Perfect for cocktails such as Fiorente Spritz or Hugo, it pairs well with dry sparkling wines, fresh fruit-based desserts, or ice cream. Also excellent as a light after-dinner digestif.
Terroir: Produced at the foot of the Piedmontese Alps, in a natural environment characterized by pure air and clear water, which helps enhance the freshness of the aromas extracted from the elderflowers and other natural ingredients.
Production: The elderflowers are hand-picked and infused in alcohol. This is followed by separate infusions of lemon and lime zest and juice, and fresh mint leaves, all from natural ingredients. The process is focused on preserving the delicacy of the aromas and the purity of the taste.
