Color: Bright pale pink with light pearlescent reflections.
Nose: An explosion of fresh, crisp fruit. Straightforward notes of red berries, white peach, and delicate nuances of exotic fruit and citrus.
Palate: Lively, rounded, and thirst-quenching. On the palate, it offers a perfect balance between incredible freshness, soft fruity aromas, and a distinct saline and mineral finish.
Alcohol content: 13% vol.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Pairings: Summer aperitifs, tapas, olives, Niçoise salad, seafood, pink shrimp, crustaceans, light Mediterranean dishes, and fresh goat cheese.
Terroir: AOP Côtes de Provence. The grapes come from a rigorous selection of the denomination's best terroirs, including both coastal maritime zones and inland areas up to the foothills of the Sainte-Victoire massif.
Vinification: Careful harvesting followed by direct pressing. Settling of the musts and low-temperature alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve maximum freshness and primary aromatic integrity. No malolactic fermentation.
Description: For the 2024 vintage, the famous M de Minuty cuvée is transformed into a work of art thanks to a collaboration with Australian artist Elliott Routledge. This "Elliot Edition" limited edition dresses the iconic corset-shaped bottle in vibrant colors and graphic motifs that celebrate the sun-drenched spirit, elegance, and joie de vivre typical of the French Riviera. Inside, the wine maintains its unmistakable identity: a pure, generous, and refreshing rosé that perfectly embodies the essence, terroir, and inimitable style of Château Minuty.
