Taste: On the palate, it offers a silky roundness with flavors of yellow plum and gingerbread, supported by a solid structure and pleasant freshness. Long and harmonious finish.
Serving Temperature: 12-14°C
Pairings: Ideal with shellfish, grilled fish, poultry in creamy sauce, and soft-ripened cheeses.
Terroir: The Meursault vineyards feature variable soils: deep and colored around the village, lighter and paler mid-slope, and almost white and very stony in the higher areas. This diversity gives the wine a distinctive complexity and minerality.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels, followed by aging on the lees for about 12 months, which contributes to the aromatic complexity and structure of the wine.

The 2022 vintage produced particularly aromatic white wines, with notes of citrus and ripe fruit, enriched by floral fragrances and light spicy nuances. On the palate, the wine is tender and fleshy, with a solid structure and a long finish that recalls yellow plum and gingerbread. This Meursault is well-balanced and possesses excellent aging potential.
