Origin: Oaxaca, Mexico – Del Maguey distillery founded by Ron Cooper, artisanal production in the Santa Catarina Minas region.
Raw materials: 100% hand-selected Espadín agave.
Color: Crystalline with slight silvery reflections.
Aroma: Intense, with smoky, earthy notes and hints of green agave, wild herbs, and citrus.
Taste: Full and complex, with a balance of smokiness, nuances of caramel, and a slightly spicy finish. Round and enveloping on the palate.
Alcohol content: 40% vol.
Serving temperature: 12–16 °C
Pairings: Perfect to enjoy neat or on the rocks, but also ideal as a base for complex, smoky cocktails, paired with spicy dishes, grilled meats, and aged cheeses.
Terroir: The high altitudes and semi-arid climate of Oaxaca enrich the agave with minerals and complex sugars.
Distillation: The Espadín agave is roasted in earthen pits with red-hot stones, then crushed with a stone tahona and left to ferment naturally in open wooden vats. This is followed by double artisanal distillation in small copper stills, which enhances the authentic and smoky character of the mezcal.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
