Raw material: Sugarcane molasses
Color: Intense dark mahogany with amber highlights
Aroma: Rich and complex, with notes of black molasses, roasted coffee, bitter cocoa, tobacco, brown caramel, and sweet spices, with nuances of dried fruit and oak.
Taste: Smooth and structured, with a sweet entry of brown sugar and honey, followed by hints of dark chocolate, leather, and raisins. Long and persistent finish with smoky and spicy touches.

Serving temperature: 18/20 °C
Pairings: Grilled meats, spicy Caribbean dishes, barbecue, dark chocolate desserts, pudding, and spiced sweets. Also ideal in tiki cocktails (Mai Tai, Planter’s Punch, Dark’n’Stormy) and long drinks with cola or ginger beer.
Terroir: An authentic expression of Jamaica, famous for "full-flavor" rums that are intense and rich in esters. Mixed pot still and continuous still distillation, with aging up to 4 years in white oak barrels.
