Bouquet: Aromatic and enveloping, with notes of rose petals, ripe wild berries such as raspberry and blackberry, accompanied by subtle hints of jam and sweet spicy notes.
Taste: Sweet and velvety, characterized by a pleasant balance between sugars and freshness. The palate is rich with hints of ripe fruit, with a long, harmonious finish that expresses softness and intensity.

Pairings: Pairs perfectly with red fruit-based desserts, chocolate cakes, dry biscuits, and tarts. Also ideal with blue cheeses and dry pastries, thanks to its balanced sweetness and light acidity that refreshes the palate.
Terroir: The Aleatico vines grow on soils of volcanic origin, which give the wine a distinctive minerality. The mild climate of Lazio, with warm and breezy summers, favors a slow ripening of the grapes, allowing for the preservation of the natural aromas and acidity, which are essential for the balance of the sweet wine.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and partially left to wither to increase sugar concentration. Subsequently, they undergo a brief maceration on the skins and a controlled fermentation to enhance the typical aromas of the grape variety. Aging in steel preserves the freshness and fragrance of the wine.
