Bouquet: Intense and complex, with hints of nettle, tomato leaf, citrus fruits and elderflower, accompanied by delicate nuances of white peach.
Taste: Fresh and fruity, with a harmonious structure and a dry, savoury finish that is perfectly balanced.
Alcohol content: 12.8%
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs well with fish dishes, shellfish, light pasta dishes and smoked salmon.
Terroir: Vineyards located in the Canton of Ticino, characterised by a mild climate and soils favourable to the cultivation of Sauvignon Blanc, which give the wine a marked freshness and minerality.
Vinification: Gentle crushing and destemming of the grapes; the free-run must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C to preserve the varietal aromas.
