Terroir: Produced in the heart of Ticino, where the mild microclimate and significant temperature variations enhance the varietal aromas of the Americana grape. The well-drained soils contribute to giving freshness and aromatic intensity to the distillate.
Vinification: Artisanal distillation of fresh Americana grape pomace. It does not involve aging in wood, in order to preserve clarity and aromatic purity.
