Bouquet: The aromatic bouquet is rich and complex, with notes of ripe black fruit, such as blackberry and plum, accompanied by hints of sweet spices, black pepper, tobacco, and subtle touches of bitter cocoa and vanilla.
Taste: On the palate, it is structured, with soft, well-integrated tannins. The wine has a pleasant persistence, with a balance between acidic freshness and the softness of the fruity components. Notes of forest fruits, spices, and a slight chocolate aftertaste enrich the tasting experience.

Pairings: Ideal with red meat dishes, roasts, game, and aged cheeses. Also excellent with rich first courses, such as pasta with wild boar ragù, or mixed grilled meats.
Terroir: The Zýmē vineyards are located in a hilly area of the Veneto, characterized by calcareous and clayey soils. The region's climate promotes optimal grape ripening, with warm days and cool nights that enhance the varietal characteristics of the Syrah, giving the wine a complex structure and good freshness.
Vinification: The Syrah grapes are hand-harvested and undergo traditional vinification. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve varietal aromas, followed by aging in barriques for about 18 months, which enriches the wine with complexity and softness.
