Palate: Smooth and velvety, with hints of sweet agave, dark chocolate, vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon. A persistent, warm, and elegant finish.

Terroir: The agave plants grow on the volcanic highlands of Jalisco, where mineral-rich soil and significant temperature fluctuations ensure slow and complete maturation, lending aromatic complexity and depth to the spirit.
Production: The agave is harvested by hand and slow-cooked in brick ovens. After fermentation and double distillation, the tequila is aged for approximately 8 months in American oak barrels—four times longer than the minimum required for the Reposado category—gaining roundness and refinement.
