The vines, trained in the traditional bush-trained (alberello) style, are ancient and well-adapted to the region, lending the wine a rich structure and great depth.

Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. After a long, controlled fermentation, the wine ages for 16-18 months in French oak barriques, followed by further rest in the bottle to complete its evolution, enriching the aromatic profile and refining the tannins.
