Raw materials: Plum distillate (fruit eau-de-vie) from selected Swiss plums
Color: Light amber with golden reflections, thanks to aging in oak barriques
Nose: Intense and harmonious, with ripe plum, vanilla, and elegant woody notes
Palate: Soft and enveloping, natural sweetness balanced by a slightly bitter aftertaste; fruit and wood in perfect harmony
Pairings: Meditative digestif, perfect after a meal; excellent with dark chocolate and dry pastries
Terroir: Plums from Swiss orchards, aged in 225 l local oak barriques
Vinification: Artisan distillation in small pot stills, aging in barriques; a light touch of sugar to balance fruit and wood

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team.
