Bouquet: Intense and complex aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit such as apricot and peach, accompanied by floral notes of white flowers and light nuances of honey and vanilla.
Taste: On the palate it is dry, with good structure and softness. It presents a pleasant freshness balanced by a light mineral note, with a persistent finish that recalls the fruity sensations perceived on the nose.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Pairings: Ideal with fish-based dishes, shellfish, white meats, and soft cheeses. Also excellent as an aperitif.
Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards located in Barbengo, in the Lugano area, characterized by calcareous soils and a favorable microclimate that give the wine freshness and aromatic complexity.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested manually and subjected to soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to preserve the varietal aromas. Subsequently, the wine matures for a few months on its fine lees before bottling.
