Raw materials: Matador and Picasso variety bread rye, grown in the Swiss Alpine regions; pure glacial water from the Titlis glacier.

Color: Crystal clear and transparent, with luminous highlights and an impeccable visual purity.

Bouquet: Elegant and refined, with notes of toasted rye, light nuances of cherry and almond, hints of hazelnut, and a mineral touch that evokes the freshness of mountain water.

Taste: Soft and velvety on the palate, with a round and enveloping entry. Hints of sweet cereals and red fruit develop, balanced by a crystalline minerality. The finish is dry, harmonious, and perfectly balanced between alcohol and freshness.

Terroir: The rye grows at an altitude of over 800 meters in the Swiss Alpine regions, where the cool climate and significant temperature fluctuations favor the aromatic concentration of the grains. The water used comes from the Titlis glacier, famous for its purity and minerality, which provides balance and clarity to the vodka.

Distillation: The fermentation of the rye occurs slowly, followed by distillation in small copper stills. The raw distillate is then refined in a 45-plate column until it reaches over 96% purity. After a resting period, it is diluted with Titlis glacial water to 40% and filtered through activated charcoal, preserving the organoleptic characteristics and the softness of the grain.
