Origin: Shoreham, Vermont, USA (Green Mountains; farm and distillery on 500 acres).
Raw materials: 100% rye (historical Canadian origin for part of the base; finishing and bottling in Vermont).
Color: Deep amber with mahogany highlights.
Nose: Enveloping caramel and vanilla, sweet oak, allspice, and burnt orange zest.
Palate: Warm and rich, slightly creamy texture; plenty of butterscotch and baking spices, leather, and a hint of tobacco; extremely long, warm, and inviting finish.
Alcohol content: 46% ABV
Serving temperature: 18–20 °C; excellent neat, with a few drops of water, or over large ice.
Pairings: 70–80% dark chocolate, grilled steak, smoked brisket, aged cheeses (cheddar/pecorino), pecan pie; also excellent as a contemplative after-dinner whisky.
Terroir and wood: Aged at least 15 years in ex-bourbon barrels, then finished in Vermont Estate Oak barrels crafted from trees on the estate (more growth rings than standard American oak → greater aromatic extraction; custom char).
Production: Straight Rye; selection of extra-aged stocks, transferred into new Vermont Estate Oak barrels and bottled at 46% ABV; EU batches indicate no added coloring and no chill-filtration.
Description: An “estate-to-glass” interpretation of rye signed by WhistlePig: deep complexity and silky texture, where the sweetness of the wood (vanilla, butterscotch) balances the spicy character of the rye. The finish in proprietary oak adds balsamic layering and an exceptional length of sip—a modern classic for those seeking a contemplative rye of the highest quality.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
