Taste: Full, round, and velvety. On the palate, it opens with the sweetness of caramel and toffee, followed by tones of citrus and spice. Aging in new oak barrels provides harmony and depth, with a persistent finish reminiscent of vanilla, oak, and caramel.

The limestone subsoil naturally filters the water, enriching it with minerals while keeping it iron-free. The climate, with significant temperature fluctuations, contributes to a dynamic maturation process in oak barrels, giving the spirit complexity and structure.

Production: The raw materials are fermented slowly with selected yeasts and then distilled in copper pot stills according to the "small batch" tradition. Aging takes place in new charred American oak barrels, which give the whiskey its characteristic amber color and sweet notes of vanilla and spice.
