Bouquet: The bouquet is complex and intense, characterized by notes of ripe black fruit, such as cherry and blackberry, enriched by spicy nuances of black pepper, tobacco, and balsamic hints. The background features scents of leather and vanilla, due to aging in wood.
Taste: On the palate, it is structured and enveloping, with well-defined and soft tannins. The freshness of the Sangiovese combines with the depth of the Cabernet Sauvignon, creating a harmonious balance. Notes of ripe fruit blend with spicy and toasted notes, leaving a long and persistent finish, with a slightly mineral aftertaste and a hint of cocoa.

Pairings: Perfect with grilled red meats, roasts, game, and aged cheeses. It also pairs well with typical Tuscan dishes, such as ribollita, Florentine steak, or pici with wild boar ragù.
Terroir: The vineyards are located on hills at about 220-300 meters above sea level, with soils rich in clay and sand, which contribute to the complexity and minerality of the wine. The Montalcino area enjoys a Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers and mild winters, ideal for the ripening of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested manually, with careful selection of the bunches. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by aging in oak barrels for about 18 months. The wine then rests in the bottle for a further 6 months before being released on the market.
