Caparzo
The Caparzo winery is one of the historic wine estates of Montalcino, located in the Tuscany region and founded in 1970. The name "Caparzo" comes from "Ca' Pazzo," an ancient place name in the area. From the beginning, the winery has played a significant role in promoting Brunello di Montalcino, producing quality wines that combine tradition and innovation. Caparzo owns vineyards in various areas of Montalcino, allowing it to take advantage of the diversity of soils and microclimates to obtain complex wines rich in character. The production philosophy is based on sustainable vineyard management and particular attention to the selection of grapes, aiming to best express the unique terroir of the Montalcino territory.
