The winery was founded in the 1970s by an engineer, a veterinarian, and an industrialist who, at the peak of their careers, left everything behind to realize their great dream: a winery. In addition to wine, we also grow fruits and vegetables to restore a bit of tradition to Umbria.
Ours is a completely reimagined concept of a winery, which sets aside synthetic chemical tweaks, including sulfites, and makes room for intense manual labor supported by the efficiency of technology, leaving nothing to chance and everything to nature. From pre-fermentative cryo-maceration to micro-oxygenation, from the extraction of saturated air to the isolation of electromagnetic fields, everything works in harmony to create a wine capable of giving its very best.
