Palate: Dry and enveloping, with a perfect balance between sweetness and freshness. The bitterness is assertive yet refined, with echoes of red fruits, gentian, white pepper, and mint. The finish is long, citrusy, and pleasantly bitter

Terroir: Produced in Canelli, the historic cradle of Piedmontese vermouth. The terroir imparts elegance and freshness to the Cortese base wine, which provides the ideal structure to host the infusion of botanicals
Vinification: The 31 botanicals are cold-extracted in a hydroalcoholic solution for 20 days. This is followed by blending with Cortese wine, alcohol, and sugar, then refrigeration, filtration, and aging in steel tanks for approximately 40 days before bottling

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team.
