Origin: Morey-Saint-Denis, Côte de Nuits, Burgundy, France.
Grape variety: Pinot Noir
Color: Brilliant ruby red.
Nose: Seductive aromas of wild cherry and spices, with nuances evolving towards notes of leather.
Palate: On the palate, it shows a certain chewiness, with fine and noble tannins that provide structure. The finish is broad and fruity.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
Pairings: Ideal with red meats, poultry, aged cheeses, and mushroom-based dishes.
Terroir: The vineyards are located between Gevrey-Chambertin and Chambolle-Musigny, on limestone soils with marl and fragmented white stones, typical of the Côte de Nuits.
Vinification: Fermentation and maceration for 2-3 weeks in open vats, using indigenous yeasts. Aged in French oak barrels for 14-16 months, of which 20-25% are new.
