Bouquet: Elegant and complex, with intense hints of ripe wild berries, such as blackberry and currant, accompanied by spicy notes of black pepper, vanilla, and slight balsamic nuances that add depth and complexity.
Taste: Dry and structured, with soft, well-integrated tannins. On the palate, the wine is round and velvety, with pleasant freshness and a long aromatic persistence characterized by tones of black fruit and cocoa, accompanied by a harmonious and slightly spicy finish.

Pairings: This wine pairs beautifully with grilled red meat dishes, game, roasts, and aged cheeses. It is also perfect with pasta dishes based on meat ragù and mushrooms, enhancing robust dishes with its structure and persistence.
Terroir: Grown in the rich and complex soils of the Firriato Estates, characterized by a Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters. The Sicilian terroir, exposed to strong winds and influenced by the proximity of the sea, gives the wine a particular minerality and freshness.
Vinification: Manual harvesting and a long, careful fermentation allow for the preservation of the wine's aromatic intensity and structure. Subsequently, the wine is aged in oak barriques for approximately 12 months, which rounds out its tannins and adds complexity to the bouquet.
