Nose: Intense and complex, characterized by notes of ripe wild berries, such as blackberry and raspberry, along with nuances of cherry, sweet spices, and light balsamic notes. Hints of black pepper, licorice, and a touch of tobacco complete the aromatic bouquet.
Palate: It is harmonious and well-structured in the mouth, with velvety tannins and a balanced acidity that provides freshness. On the palate, a fruity richness of dark cherry and plum emerges, accompanied by nuances of spices and a pleasant minerality, typical of the Sicilian terroir.

Pairings: This wine is ideal with flavorful dishes such as roasted red meat, game, aged cheeses, and stews. It is also perfect with Sicilian cuisine dishes such as caponata, sausage, and eggplant rolls.
Terroir: The Quater IGT grapes grow in mineral-rich soils with a unique combination of sand, clay, and limestone typical of the Sicilian hills. The Mediterranean climate, with hot, dry summers and mild winters, promotes complete ripening of the grapes, maximizing the organoleptic characteristics of the indigenous varieties.
Vinification: The harvest is carried out by hand. The grapes are vinified separately with maceration in contact with the skins, which extracts color and aromatic complexity. Aging takes place in wooden barrels for a few months, giving the wine depth and a delicate spiciness.
