Origin: Piedmont, Italy – specifically in the Roero area, located in the province of Cuneo.
Grape Variety: Arneis
Color: Brilliant straw yellow with greenish highlights.
Nose: Intense and fresh, with floral hints of white flowers such as jasmine and acacia, accompanied by fruity notes of white peach, pear, and a slight touch of citrus and aromatic herbs.
Taste: Elegant and harmonious, dry and well-structured, with a lively freshness balanced by a soft roundness. On the palate, there are hints of ripe fruit and a slight mineral note that provides persistence and a pleasant savory finish.

Pairings: It pairs perfectly with fish dishes such as steamed sea bass or grilled prawns, light appetizers, vegetable-based first courses such as asparagus risotto, and fresh cheeses. It is also an excellent choice for aperitifs and white meat dishes.
Terroir: The soil of the Roero is composed mainly of sand and limestone, which give the wines a marked minerality and finesse. The temperate climate and the hilly position with optimal exposure contribute to a balanced ripening of the grapes.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and undergo soft pressing. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve the fresh, fruity aromas typical of the Arneis variety. Subsequently, the wine matures in steel tanks for a few months before bottling, to maintain freshness and liveliness.
