Origin: Schiavon, Veneto, Italy
Raw material: Fresh pomace from Merlot and Cabernet grapes.
Color: Intense golden yellow, the result of aging in barriques.
Aroma: Complex aromas of exotic fruit, citron, liquorice, and vanilla, with hints of toasted almonds and hazelnuts.
Taste: Velvety and enveloping, with notes of exotic fruit and vanilla, enriched by a well-defined spiciness.
Alcohol content: 40% vol.
Serving temperature: 16/18° C, ideal in a tulip glass to enhance its aromas.
Pairings: Perfect as an after-dinner digestif, it goes well with desserts based on dark chocolate or dried fruit.
Terroir: The pomace comes from vineyards located in the hilly areas of the Veneto, known for the production of high-quality grapes.
Distillation: Artisanal process in copper pot stills with discontinuous steam boilers, followed by 4 years of aging in oak barriques.
