Aroma: Fresh and aromatic, with intense hints of white-fleshed fruit, citrus fruits like grapefruit and lemon, and subtle notes of white flowers and Mediterranean herbs that evoke the Sardinian territory.
Taste: Dry, fresh, and savory, with good structure and a pleasant minerality. On the palate, citrus and fruity notes are perceived, with a long finish and a slightly almondy aftertaste, typical of Sardinian Vermentino.

Pairings: Ideal with fish dishes, shellfish, seafood, sushi, and sashimi, but also with delicate white meats and fresh cheeses. It also pairs well with light pasta dishes and summer salads.
Terroir: The Su’ Entu vineyards are located on clayey and calcareous soils, typical of Sardinia, which give the wine a distinct minerality and freshness. The Mediterranean climate, characterized by constant winds and significant temperature variations, favors the optimal ripening of the Vermentino, maintaining good acidity and developing intense, fresh aromas.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and subjected to soft pressing. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the freshness and fruity aromas of the grape variety. This is followed by a short aging period on the lees to add structure and complexity to the wine.
