Color: Bright straw yellow with golden highlights
Nose: Elegant and aromatic, characterized by notes of tropical fruit such as pineapple and mango, accompanied by hints of green apple, citrus, and delicate floral and mineral nuances.
Palate: Fresh and lively on the palate, with pleasant acidity balanced by a soft roundness. Flavors of exotic fruit and green apple blend with a light note of almond on the finish, offering a balanced and persistent sip.
Alcohol content: 13%
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Pairings: This Chardonnay pairs well with fish and shellfish dishes, sushi, fresh salads, white meats, and light vegetarian dishes. Also excellent as an aperitif thanks to its freshness and versatility.
Terroir: Grown in the calcareous and sandy soils of South Tyrol, which give the wine a particular minerality and freshness. The vineyards benefit from the Alpine-Mediterranean climate, with significant temperature variations between day and night that favor the acidity and aromatic intensity of the grapes.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-harvested and fermented at a controlled temperature. Aging takes place in stainless steel tanks to preserve the integrity and aromatic freshness typical of the grape variety.
