Origin: France, Cognac region – a blend of the Grande Champagne and Borderies crus, two of the most prestigious areas for cognac production.
Grape variety: Primarily Ugni Blanc, with small percentages of Folle Blanche and Colombard as stipulated by the Cognac AOC.
Color: Intense amber with golden, copper, and mahogany highlights.
Nose: Broad and spicy, with notes of black pepper, pink pepper, and coriander, enriched by hints of fig, sandalwood, toasted almond, and honey.
Palate: Rich and structured, with ripe figs, blackcurrant, dried fruit, and nuts. The finish is persistent, characterized by the typical “rancio” of great aged cognacs, with great smoothness and elegance.
Alcohol content: 40%
Serving temperature: 4–6 °C, perfect for contemplative sipping.
Pairings: Pairs beautifully with aged cheeses, dark chocolate, refined desserts, and rich dishes. Also ideal as a neat digestif or in classic cocktails such as a Sidecar or Old Fashioned.
Terroir: The power of the Grande Champagne cru blends with the floral and fruity elegance of Borderies, historically the signature vineyard of Maison Martell.
Vinification: Double distillation in copper stills and aging in fine-grained oak barrels from the Tronçais forest. Minimum aging of 10 years, with a blend of older eaux-de-vie to enrich the complexity.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
