Origin: Highlands, Scotland – Dalwhinnie Distillery, located in the heart of the Cairngorms, the highest operating distillery in Scotland.

Raw material: Malted barley (single malt), local spring water, natural yeasts, distilled in copper pot stills.

Color: Light, brilliant amber gold with honeyed highlights.

Nose: Elegant and sweet, with hints of heather honey, vanilla, soft caramel, accompanied by ripe fruit like pear and apple. Slight floral notes emerge along with a barely perceptible hint of delicate smoke.

Taste: Soft, round, and harmonious. On the palate, one finds honey, sweet malt, vanilla, and fresh fruit, with subtle spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon. The finish introduces nuances of wood and a very light touch of peat, which adds complexity without overpowering the sweetness.

Finish: Long and elegant, opening with honeyed sweetness that evolves into notes of malted cereals, heather herbs, and a delicate touch of smoke.

Serving temperature: 16-18 °C. It can be enjoyed neat or with a few drops of water to open up the floral and fruity aromas.
