Perfect as an aperitif, served neat or on the rocks. Excellent mixed with Prosecco or soda, ideal in modern cocktails as a twist on a Negroni or Martini. Pairs elegantly with light fish dishes, seafood, fresh salads, delicate cheeses, and citrus-based desserts.
Terroir: The selected botanicals come from the heart of the Mediterranean: bergamot from Calabria and citron from Sicily provide freshness and intense citrus aromas, while the aromatic herbs and flowers harvested in Italy provide the balance, refinement, and elegance typical of the Mediterranean style.
Production: The botanicals are extracted using a traditional maceration and infusion technique, respecting historical rosolio recipes. Each ingredient is processed separately and subsequently blended to obtain a harmonious and balanced liqueur.
