Origin: Pedrengo, Bergamo, Lombardy, Italy
Raw materials: Rum, neutral alcohol, sugar, natural fruit and spice aromas, water.
Colour: Intense and brilliant amber, with golden reflections
Nose: Sweet and enveloping, with notes of candied citrus, orange peel, tropical fruit, and hints of vanilla and caramel spices.
Taste: Soft and round, with a balanced sweetness and well-integrated alcoholic warmth. Sensations of rum, honey, and ripe citrus emerge on the palate, with a persistent and pleasantly spicy aftertaste.
Alcohol content: 35% vol.
Serving temperature: 8/12° C — also ideal served hot in the winter months or as a base for tropical cocktails.
Pairings: Perfect as a digestif or a meditation liqueur. It pairs beautifully with chocolate-based desserts, dried fruit, spiced biscuits, and citrus cakes. Also excellent for mixing into hot punches or aromatic long drinks.
Terroir: Dilmoor represents a Lombardy excellence, specializing in the production of liqueurs and spirits according to classic recipes, combining modern techniques and rigorous quality control.
Production: Obtained from the infusion of natural fruit and spice aromas in alcohol and selected rum. After blending, the liqueur rests in steel tanks to harmonize the flavors before filtration and bottling.
