Nose: Complex aromas of forest fruits, such as blackberry and black cherry, accompanied by spicy notes of black pepper, sweet tobacco, and light herbaceous nuances.
Palate: Soft and enveloping on the palate, with well-integrated tannins and good freshness. Flavors of ripe red fruit blend with hints of dark chocolate and sweet spices. The finish is long and persistent, with a pleasant note of liquorice.
Alcohol content: 13.5%
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Food pairings: Perfect with grilled red meats, roasts, aged cheeses, and Mediterranean dishes. It also pairs well with pasta dishes rich in meat sauce and roasted vegetables.
Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards located on the estates of Menfi and Sambuca di Sicilia. The soil is characterized by a mixed composition of clay, limestone, and sand, which gives the wine remarkable aromatic complexity and a balanced structure.
Vinification: Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks to keep the aromatic characteristics of the grape varieties intact. The wine then matures for a short period in oak barrels, enhancing its complexity and structure.

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
