Origin: Aberlour Distillery, Speyside, Scotland
Raw materials: Selected malted barley from the Speyside region, natural yeasts, and pure water from local Ben Rinnes springs
Color: Intense amber, defined as “auburn gold”
Nose: Elegant and complex, with notes of ripe fruit (orange, plum), toffee, plum jam, candied orange peel, and light spices
Palate: Rich, velvety, and structured, with aromas of apricot, chocolate-covered plums, cream, honey, licorice, and nutmeg
Finish: Long, persistent, with hints of crème brûlée and an elegant woody touch
Alcohol content: 43%
Serving temperature: 16-18 °C
Pairings: Roasted red meats, game, barbecue, aged cheeses, crème brûlée, and dark chocolate
Terroir: Pure Speyside water and a cool, humid climate that contribute softness; double maturation that enhances complexity and aromatic depth
Maturation: Double, with a transfer from ex-Bourbon casks to Sherry casks (Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez)
Production: Traditional double distillation in copper stills; subsequent 18-year aging in ex-Bourbon and Oloroso/PX Sherry casks, final blending to ensure balance and softness

No, we currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein; consequently, we accept the Swiss Franc CHF as currency.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team. We will do everything possible to accommodate your requests.
