Aroma: Elegant and aromatic, with fresh notes of white-fleshed fruit such as peach and pear, accompanied by citrus hints of lemon and grapefruit, and light floral nuances of white flowers and herbaceous notes typical of Sauvignon Blanc.
Palate: Fresh and lively on the palate, with good acidity that provides balance and persistence. The taste is characterized by a pleasant minerality, with echoes of exotic fruit and a light saline note that enhances drinkability. The structure is harmonious, with a clean and persistent finish.

Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with fish and shellfish dishes, seafood salads, white meats, and light pasta dishes. Also excellent with fresh cheeses, grilled vegetables, and seafood-based dishes.
Terroir: The vineyards are located near the Sicilian coast, on calcareous and sandy soils that contribute to giving the wine its characteristic freshness and savoriness. The vines are cultivated using sustainable practices, benefiting from the Mediterranean climate which alternates sunny days with sea breezes, favoring ideal grape ripening.
Vinification: The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified separately. After soft pressing, the must ferments at a controlled temperature in steel tanks, preserving fresh and fruity aromas. This is followed by brief aging on the lees to add complexity to the wine.
