Nose: Intense and enveloping, with dominant scents of bitter almond and vanilla, accompanied by honey, caramel and light spicy notes
Palate: Sweet, smooth and velvety, with a characteristic taste of almond and vanilla, enriched by notes of caramelized sugar and dried fruit; persistent and harmonious finish

Pairings: Ideal as a digestif or aperitif, it is well-suited for preparing classic cocktails such as the Amaretto Sour, Godfather and French Connection. Also excellent in pastry-making for tiramisu, creams, ice cream and cakes. It pairs well with dark chocolate and dried fruit-based desserts.
Terroir: Produced in Saronno, Lombardy, with a secret recipe handed down since 1525.
