Ingredients: Hydrated alcohol, 1986 Casalotto brandy, sugar, infusions and distillates of selected aromatic herbs and roots, natural flavors
Color: Intense amber
Aroma: Complex and enveloping, with predominant notes of gentian, rhubarb, calamus, and cinchona
Taste: Rich and enveloping, it confirms the aromatic sensations perceived on the nose, offering a harmonious tasting experience

Pairings: Ideal as an after-dinner digestif, it pairs well with dry pastries and dark chocolate; also recommended on ice cream
Terroir: The herbs used for the infusion come from the Casalotto natural park in Mombaruzzo, which gives the product a character typical of the region
Vinification: The amaro is obtained by infusing aromatic herbs in a mixture of hydrated alcohol and Casalotto brandy, followed by two years of aging in barrels previously used for aging grappa, thus enhancing the liqueur's organoleptic characteristics
