Raw material: Sugar cane molasses

Nose: Complex and elegant aromas of molasses, vanilla, honey, sweet spices, dark cocoa, dried fruit, orange peel, and a delicate background of roasted coffee
Taste: Rich and velvety, with a balanced sweetness of chocolate, honey, and hazelnut, enveloped by spicy and woody notes derived from aging
Finish: Long and persistent, with echoes of cocoa, coffee, and warm spices
Alcohol content: 40% ABV
Serving temperature: 18-20 °C (sipping rum)

Terroir: Produced in Trinidad with local molasses; aged in a tropical climate in charred ex-bourbon American oak barrels
Production: Blend of rums matured for at least 12 years in American oak barrels (ex-whisky/ex-bourbon barrels), aged in tropical conditions, followed by barrel selection, blending, and re-aging ("re-casked") before bottling. Filtered at the appropriate time.
