Taste: Dry, fresh, and well-structured on the palate, with a lively acidity that balances the softness of the fruit. The tannins are smooth and harmonious, offering a persistent finish with notes of black cherry and subtle nuances of sweet spices.

Terroir: The Barbera vines are cultivated on the hilly terrain of the municipality of Diano d'Alba, characterized by calcareous and clayey marl that gives the wine good structure and complexity. The area's microclimate, with hot summers and harsh winters, promotes optimal grape ripening.
Vinification: The grapes are hand-picked and vinified in a traditional manner. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled steel tanks, followed by aging in wooden barrels for about 6 months to enrich the aromatic bouquet and refine the tannins.
