Grape Variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Color: Intense ruby red with garnet reflections
Bouquet: Complex and powerful, with notes of plum, cedar, violet, and spices such as cardamom. Hints of leather and licorice, typical of the Brunate cru, are also perceptible.
Taste: Structured and deep, with velvety, well-integrated tannins. On the palate, the wine shows great intensity and persistence, characterized by notes of ripe fruit and a slight mineral sapidity. The finish is long and refined, with an elegant nuance of sweet spices.
Alcohol content: 14.5%
Serving temperature: 18-20°C
Pairings: Ideal with red meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses. Also excellent with rich dishes based on mushrooms or truffles.
Terroir: The grapes come from the Brunate vineyard, located in La Morra, known for its over 50-year-old vines and clay-limestone soils that lend elegance and structure to the wine.
Vinification: Fermentation takes place in steel with a maceration of approximately three weeks. The wine matures for 32 months in large oak barrels and barriques, before being bottled without filtration.
