Origin: Castiglione Falletto, Piedmont, Italy
Grape Variety: 100% Nebbiolo
Color: Brilliant ruby red with garnet highlights.
Nose: Intense aromas of ripe red cherries, dried flowers like rose and violet, along with spicy notes of pepper, licorice, and hints of aromatic herbs. It also presents earthy and underbrush tones that add depth.
Palate: On the palate, the wine stands out for its elegance and structure, with firm yet well-integrated tannins and refreshing acidity. Notes of cherry and plum fruit combine with nuances of sweet spices and tea leaves, creating a long and persistent finish. This Barolo shows a balance between power and finesse, ideal for long bottle aging.
Serving Temperature: 18-20°C
Pairings: Excellent with red meat dishes, game, aged cheeses, and flavorful first courses such as mushroom risotto.
Terroir: The grapes come from various vineyards in Castiglione Falletto and surrounding areas, with calcareous-clay soils that impart structure and complexity to the wine.
Vinification: The grapes are vinified separately with maceration for about three weeks. This is followed by 30 months of aging in oak barrels, which allows the wine to develop its aromatic complexity and depth.

Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
