Bouquet: It presents a complex bouquet that opens initially with an austere character, then reveals notes of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and raspberry, combined with floral hints of rose and violet. Mineral nuances and sweet spices are also evident.
Taste: On the palate, the wine is elegant and well-balanced, with firm yet refined tannins. The structure is solid, supported by a lively acidity that provides freshness. Fruit notes mingle with earthy nuances, offering a long and persistent finish. It is a Barolo that promises to evolve beautifully with aging.

Pairings: Ideal with red meats, game, aged cheeses, and rich first courses such as truffle risotto.
Terroir: The grapes come from the Ravera area in Novello, characterized by calcareous soils with Sant'Agata marls. The altitude and southwest exposure favor slow ripening, giving the wine remarkable complexity and longevity.
Vinification: Fermentation for 4-5 weeks using the submerged cap method, followed by 32 months of aging in large oak barrels.
