Aroma: The bouquet is complex and vibrant, characterized by intense aromas of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and raspberry, alongside notes of sweet spices, black pepper, and hints of licorice. The profile is completed by scents of cocoa and leather.
Flavor: On the palate, it is round, with a soft structure and well-integrated tannins. The taste presents rich notes of berries and plum, accompanied by a pleasant minerality and balanced freshness, typical of Sicilian soils. The persistence is pleasant, with a slightly spicy finish.

Pairings: This wine pairs perfectly with grilled meat dishes, stews, cured meats, and aged cheeses. It is also ideal with Mediterranean dishes such as pasta with ragù, moussaka, and Sicilian arancine.
Terroir: The grapes come from vineyards located at approximately 300-400 meters above sea level, on mixed limestone and clay soils, which help give the wine an elegant minerality and freshness. Sicily, with its hot, dry summers and cool nights, favors optimal grape ripening.
Vinification: After a manual harvest, the grapes are vinified separately to keep the characteristics of each grape variety intact. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, with aging for a few months in oak barrels, which rounds out the tannins and accentuates the wine's complex structure.
