Bouquet: Intense and refined, with notes of ripe wild berries, such as blackberry and blueberry, enriched by nuances of sweet spices, vanilla, cocoa, and hints of tobacco.
Taste: On the palate, it is structured and enveloping, with soft tannins and good persistence. The finish is long, with echoes of red fruits and light nuances of chocolate and black pepper, supported by a pleasant freshness.

Pairings: Ideal with meat dishes such as roasts, game, and venison. It also pairs well with aged cheeses and dishes based on mushrooms or truffles. Perfect for accompanying a beef fillet or braised beef.
Terroir: The vineyards are located on clay and limestone soils in the Bolgheri area, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate with marine influences that lend the wine a particular minerality and complexity. The combination of soil and climate promotes balanced ripening, allowing for the development of intense and structured aromas.
Vinification: Harvesting is done by hand to ensure maximum selection of the grapes. After traditional fermentation, the wine matures in barriques for 12 months, where it acquires complexity and structure while maintaining freshness and finesse.
