Origin: Bormio, Valtellina, Lombardy, Italy – produced at the foot of the Stelvio National Park
Raw material: Alpine herbal bitter liqueur (musk yarrow, gentian, wormwood, juniper, and other alpine medicinal herbs)
Color: Amber-mahogany with warm reflections, reminiscent of wood and dried roots
Nose: Intense and complex, with balsamic and resinous notes, alpine roots, wildflowers, bark, and damp earth
Taste: Dry and balanced, elegantly bitter with hints of mint and balsam, slight sweetness, and a persistent herbaceous finish
Alcohol content: 21% vol
Serving temperature: 8/10 °C if chilled, also excellent at room temperature
Pairings: After-dinner digestive, with dark chocolate, aged cheeses, mushroom-based dishes, or in alpine-style cocktails and with citrus
Terroir: The alpine environment of the Valtellina valley, high altitude, pure air, mountain biodiversity, and strong temperature variations that enrich the herbs
Production: Recipe created in 1875 by Francesco Peloni, slow infusion of herbs in alcohol, filtration, sweetening, and aging in Slavonian oak barrels for about two years

No, we currently only ship to Switzerland and Liechtenstein; consequently, we accept the Swiss Franc CHF as currency.
Can I modify my order after it has been placed?
We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team.
