Origin: Isle of Islay, Scotland
Raw material: Concerto barley grown in a single field on Islay
Color: Intense golden amber with bright highlights
Nose: Intense and maritime, with notes of salt, creamy vanilla, butterscotch, and persistent peaty smoke
Palate: Citrus freshness (green apple, lemon zest, lemon toffee) balanced by powerful peat, sweet spices, and toasted malt
Finish: Long and persistent, with peaty smoke, spicy hints, and salty minerality
Alcohol content: 61.3% ABV (cask strength)
Serving temperature: 12 – 15 °C
Pairings: Perfect neat; excellent with aged cheeses, dark chocolate, smoked oysters, grilled red meats
Terroir: Barley grown on Islay in a single field; extreme peating (114 PPM); strong maritime and salty influence.
Production: Distilled in 2013, aged for 6 years in first-fill ex-American oak casks, bottled in 2019 without filtration or coloring, limited production of approximately 24,000 bottles.
Description: A pure terroir single malt, powerfully peaty yet balanced by citrus freshness and vanilla sweetness; a complex and extreme experience for enthusiasts.

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address.
