Raw materials: "Concerto" variety Scottish barley, 100% grown in Scotland
Color: Light amber
Nose: Intense and complex, with smoky vanilla, toffee, sweet caramel, delicate coconut, flaked almonds, earthy smoke, and fresh citrus with hints of lemon cake
Palate: Powerful and layered, with intense peat, bonfire embers, lively citrus, charred oak, creamy toffee, fresh vanilla, pear, green apple, and berries, with hints of roasted coffee, cloves, and heather honey
Finish: Persistent and balanced, with butterscotch and sweet vanilla merging with peat smoke, sea salt, scorched heather, and gorse
Alcohol content: 59.6% Vol. – Cask Strength
Serving temperature: 12-15 °C
Pairings: Perfect with smoked meats, roasts, blue or aged cheeses, grilled oysters, dark chocolate, and salted caramel desserts
Terroir: Linked to the maritime climate and Islay soil, which impart minerality, savoriness, and depth to the distillate
Production: Distilled in 2017, peated at 128.9 PPM, aged for 5 years in first-fill American bourbon casks, non-chill filtered and no added colorings

We do everything possible to process orders quickly and unfortunately cannot make updates once an order has been placed. Such changes include removing or adding products and/or changing the delivery address. If an error was made with the order details, it is faster to create a new order with the correct details and then contact our Customer Service team.
